Infrastruktura podwójnego zastosowania staje się jednym z filarów odporności transportu na kryzysy – od ekstremalnej pogody po zagrożenia geopolityczne. Webinarium „Odporność w ruchu” Transportowego Obserwatorium Badawczego CUPT pokazało, jak łączyć codzienne funkcje cywilne z potrzebami bezpieczeństwa i jakie wnioski płyną z tego dla planowania inwestycji w Polsce.

The project includes the construction of a 10.27-kilometre new section of the S19 along with a tunnel, the “Babica” interchange, MOPs, engineering facilities, safety systems and pro-environmental solutions. The General Directorate of National Roads and Highways received over PLN 1.49 billion in EU support for its implementation.

A meeting of the Polish-Ukrainian consortium, coordinated by the Center for EU Transport Projects, took place in Warsaw and the surrounding area from February 17-19, 2026. The meeting was organized with the participation of key partners PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and JSC “Ukrainian Railways” (Ukrzaliznytsia), as well as representatives of CINEA, the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, and the Ministry of Infrastructure.

The Centre for EU Transport Projects has signed a grant agreement for the project “Construction and purchase of new specialised rescue vessels for the SAR Service” (No. FENX.05.07-IP.02-0001/25). The beneficiary of the project is the Maritime Search and Rescue Service.
