If we refuse to ensure accessibility, you can file a complaint with the Ombudsman. If, in response to your request for digital accessibility, we refuse to ensure the requested digital accessibility, and you do not agree with this refusal, you have the right to file a complaint. You also have the right to file a complaint if you do not agree to use the alternative access method we proposed in response to your request for digital accessibility. Architectural Accessibility

The building has two entrances with revolving doors. It is possible to bypass them and enter through the so-called emergency doors unlocked by a button. They are located to the left and right of the revolving doors. The ground-level entrance is from the side of Plac Europejski. You can enter the building with an assistance dog, guide dog, or accompanying person.
CUPT does not have parking spaces for people with disabilities.
An identity card is required to obtain a special entry card with the booked floor number 8 where the CUPT reception is located. An induction loop is installed at the building reception. Elevator halls are accessible from the same level after passing the gates. One of the gates is wider for people in wheelchairs. Elevators do not have floor selection buttons. Elevators are equipped with voice floor number announcements. The entry card received from the building reception has automatic access to the 8th floor, i.e., to the CUPT headquarters. Entry to the office area is possible after notifying the reception staff – notification via intercom to the right of the entrance door. The entrance door is marked with contrasting colors. On the 8th floor, where the CUPT reception is located, there are no steps or thresholds hindering movement. There is a toilet adapted for people with disabilities on the floor. In the elevator halls by the staircase, there is an elevator adapted for transporting people with disabilities in case of fire or danger. You can enter with an assistance dog, guide dog, or accompanying person. The office does not have a sign language interpreter. An induction loop is not installed in the office area.
Toilets for people with mobility disabilities are located on each floor occupied by CUPT. The conference room is adapted for people in wheelchairs.
