The European Commission approved the FEnIKS programme
The European Commission has approved the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment program for 2021-2027 (FEnIKS).
It is the largest national program in the entire EU. Official negotiations of this largest national program in terms of allocation and number of development priorities had been conducted since January this year. The total amount allocated to investments and undertakings is almost EUR 29.3 billion (including EUR 24.2 billion from the EU funds).
The aim of the program is to improve the conditions for sustainable development of the country. This will happen through the construction of modern technical and social infrastructure.
FEnIKS is a continuation of the Infrastructure and Environment program for 2014-2020 (OPI&E). On the new challenges and priorities faced by the whole of Europe, with the European Green Deal. The program will focus on the implementation of selected Cohesion Policies, with the goal of a greener, more connected and social Europe.

EU funds: agreements on the implementation of the FEnIKS program
The Center for EU Transport Projects, next to the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Ministry of Climate and Environment, will carry out selected tasks under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate and Environment 2021-2027 program.
