The CEUTP is continuing its series of expert exchanges under the TAIEX-REGIO Peer2Peer programme, heading to Rome from December 1–3, 2025.

The meetings were hosted by experts from renowned institutions: Trafikverket (Swedish railway infrastructure manager), the national carrier SJ AB, the industry organization Tagföretagen and the Stockholm Regional Public Transport Authority.

How to effectively plan, finance and implement sustainable transport? This question accompanied a government and expert delegation from Moldova for four days, which visited Poland from 24 to 27 November 2025 at the invitation of the CEUTP, as part of the European Commission’s TAIEX instrument.

Representatives of the Centre for EU Transport Projects (CUPT) took part in a Polish-Swedish meeting dedicated to the exchange of experience in implementing the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).

On June 26, 2025, the EU Transport Projects Center (CEUTP) hosted a delegation from Ukraine. The meeting was opened by CEUTP Director Joanna Lech, who emphasized the importance of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the context of Ukraine’s European integration and support for transport sector reforms. She assured the delegation of CEUTP’s openness to the exchange of experiences and substantive support.

From June 23 to June 27, 2025 , CEUTP hosted a TAIEX study visit for a delegation from Moldova. The intensive program aimed to practically familiarize representatives from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development (MIRD) and the State Road Administration (SRA) of the Republic of Moldova with the Polish system of road and road transport management, with a particular emphasis on practical aspects.

On April 10–11, 2025, CEUTP representative Przemysław Ostrowski took part in an international workshop held in Hungary under the TAIEX Instrument.

CEUTP has successfully concluded its first TAIEX-REGIO out of 3 workshop on developing sustainable funding models for transport infrastructure. The online event, held on February 18, 2025, saw enthusiastic participation from over 50 individuals from CEUTP, who engaged in lively discussions and exchanged valuable insights with their peer experts from Austria.

On January 28-29, 2025, a two-day meeting of a working group comprising representatives of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA), the National Revenue Administration (KAS), Lublin Executive Board of Border Crossings (LZOPG), the State Agency for Restoration and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine (AgencyUA) and, of course, the Centre for EU Transport Projects was held in Lublin at the Luxor Hotel.

On 28 November 2024, the Centre for EU Transport Projects hosted a delegation from Moldova as part of a study visit organised by Polish Aid with the support of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy.

On November 5, 2024, a working meeting was held at the headquarters of the Centre for EU Transport Projects (CEUTP), focusing on Polish projects being implemented under the EU–Ukraine Solidarity Lanes, financed by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).

On October 28-29, 2024, a two-day meeting of a working group composed of representatives of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., Ukrzaliznytsia, the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, the Ministry of Infrastructure and, of course, the Center for EU Transport Projects was held in Lublin at the Luxor Hotel.
