Visit of representatives of the Moldovan administration to the CEUTP
On 28 November 2024, the Centre for EU Transport Projects hosted a delegation from Moldova as part of a study visit organised by Polish Aid with the support of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. The meeting was an excellent opportunity to exchange experience in implementing EU-funded transport projects and building administrative capacity.
The Moldovan delegation included representatives of the most important administrative institutions dealing with regional development and infrastructure project planning, such as:
– State Chancellery,
– European Integration Office,
– Ministry of Finance,
– Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development,
– regional development agencies from the northern, central, southern and autonomous region of Gagauzia,
– Court of Auditors.
In total, the visit brought together 15 representatives, including experts on planning, coordination of development policies and representatives of working groups responsible for implementing key initiatives related to regional development.
Topics of the meeting
The meeting presented Polish experience in infrastructure project management. Presentations were given by:
– Krzysztof Rodziewicz, Director of the Department of Transport Analyses at CEUTP,
– Edyta Jaszczuk, Expert at the Analysis and Partnership Projects Unit, Department of Transport Analysis, CEUTP.
Topics presented included:
– good practices in transport project planning,
– effective management of EU funds,
– challenges of implementing projects under various operational programmes,
– the role of international cooperation in developing the activities of the Intermediate Body and strengthening cooperation under instruments such as Twinning or TAIEX.
The meeting was also attended by Grzegorz Pragert, representative of the Technical Assistance and Development Cooperation Department of the Department of Aid Programmes, Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, who stressed the importance of technical support and knowledge exchange between Poland and Moldova.
Exchange of experience
Przemysław Rzeźniewski, Expert in the Analysis and Partnership Projects Unit of CEUTP, discussed the Moldovan experience of applying to the TAIEX programme, emphasizing the importance of exchanging good practices between countries in the field of transport policy and infrastructure development.
Summary
The meeting at the CEUTP was an important step in strengthening cooperation between Poland and Moldova in the implementation of EU-funded projects. Thanks to initiatives such as this visit, it is possible to build stronger relations and share valuable experience, which will contribute to the effective use of EU funds in both countries.

Study Visit TAIEX at CUPT: Montenegro Learns from Polish CEF Experience

Second annual meeting of the UE-UA Solidarity Lanes railway project consortium
A meeting of the Polish-Ukrainian consortium, coordinated by the Center for EU Transport Projects, took place in Warsaw and the surrounding area from February 17-19, 2026. The meeting was organized with the participation of key partners PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and JSC “Ukrainian Railways” (Ukrzaliznytsia), as well as representatives of CINEA, the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, and the Ministry of Infrastructure.
