The Center for EU Transport Projects has positively evaluated the application of the State Water Management Company “Wody Polskie” for funding for investment at the Nysa Mouth waterway stage on the Oder River. This is an important step in the process of applying for support under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (EFICE) program.

On June 19, 2026, the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy in Warsaw will host an expert workshop entitled. “Dual-use projects and building the resilience of the railroad system with the participation of European funds”. The event is organized also jointly with CEUPT and the ProKolej Foundation.

General Directorate of National Roads and Highways collected 750 million zlotys of funding from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 (EFICE) program for the construction of more than 50 km of the S10 expressway between Bydgoszcz and Toruń.

A change has been introduced in the Project Selection Regulations for FENX.05.06-IP.02-001/24 (competitive call for Priority FENX.05 Support for the Transport Sector from the ERDF, Measure FENX.05.06 Intermodal Transport) to remove information on the division of allocations between individual regions (i.e. more developed, transitional, less developed). The Center for EU Transport Projects has signed an agreement to subsidize the reconstruction of the Częstochowa Główna railway station. The investment will receive nearly PLN 100 million from European Funds.

We are strengthening safety on Polish roads. We have transferred more than PLN 27 million from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 (EFICE) program for the project entitled “Strengthening the Potential of the Road Transport Inspection II”.

On August 26, 2025, the Centre for EU Transport Projects, acting as the Intermediate Body for Measure 8.1 of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme for 2021-2027, approved the positive result of the evaluation of the project selected in a non-competitive manner entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for GKZ for 2025”, implemented by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, as the General Conservator of Monuments, for the total amount of PLN 4,977,120.12.

On August 22, 2025, the Centre for EU Transport Projects, acting as the Intermediate Body for Measure 8.1 of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme for 2021-2027, approved the positive result of the evaluation of the project selected in a non-competitive manner entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for the Opole Voivode for 2025”, implemented by the Opole Voivode, for a total amount of PLN 12,468,150.00.

We would like to inform you that the deadline for submitting applications in the ERTMS competition has been postponed from 30 November 2025 to 27 February 2026. Questions and concerns regarding the competition can be submitted until 7 February 2026.

More than PLN 300 million in funding for the construction and modernization of railroad stations has gone to PKP S.A.. The support was granted from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 program.

The FEnIKS Monitoring Committee has cleared the way for financing educational campaigns for aviation safety. During its 19th meeting in Katowice, the criteria for a new type of project in Measure FENX.04.03, for which CUPT is responsible, were unanimously approved.
