CUPT as a Support Unit of the Ministry of Infrastructure in the National Recovery Plan
The Center for EU Transport Projects has joined the National Recovery Plan as a Support Unit for the activities of the Minister of Infrastructure (MI).
As we face the crisis, we are betting on a secure future – the main slogan, the National Recovery Plan, which is being launched.
The KPO’s (NRP) goal is a modern economy that is resilient to future crises, ensuring a high standard of living for all EU citizens.
By mitigating the social and economic impact of the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic through KPO, we aim to strengthen the economic, social and territorial cohesion of Poland and the European Union. We are enhancing resilience and adaptability, supporting green and digital transformation, as well as the accessibility and quality of the health care system.
Goals of the KPO
That is, why the National Recovery Plan is being implemented.
The primary objectives of the KPO are:
- mitigating the negative effects of the crisis;
- preparing the economy for future crises.
How the KPO achieves its goals
- supporting reforms and related investments;
- additional funds from the European budget (Next Generation EU);
- support for investments already underway;
- non-repayable funds and a loan component.
