CEUTP is guided in its activities by the principles of efficiency, transparency and ethics.
Accordingly, we are providing a simple tool for reporting suspected irregularities in the implementation of transportation projects under the supervision of CEUTP or in processes carried out at CEUTP.
The irregularity can be reported:
- in electronic form – via a dedicated application form: https://sygnalista.cupt.gov.pl/, which ensures anonymity and allows the transmission of correspondence or a dedicated e-mail address: naduzycia@cupt.gov.pl or
- in paper form – the notification should be sent to the address: CEUTP, Plac Europejski 2, 00-844 Warsaw, and on the envelope put the note: “Notification of irregularities” or
- verbally – by phone at +48 532 357 393 or through direct meetings by appointment.
CEUTP considers applications for transportation projects under the following programs:
- Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 (POIiŚ),
- Operational Program Eastern Poland 2014 – 2020 (POPW),
- European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 (FEnIKS) program,
- European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 (FEPW) program,
- National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP),
- Connecting Europe Facility 2014-2020 (CEF) and 2021-2027 (CEF2).
and reports of suspected violations of generally applicable laws, internal regulations and rules of operation at CEUTP.
Submissions can be made anonymously – such submissions will be considered, but in the case of submissions that are incomplete and there is no way to contact the submitter to complete the information, there is a risk that such submissions cannot be clarified.
Each submission shall be protected from disclosure to unauthorized persons. The report will be received by a designated employee of the Control and Audit Department. The data of the reporting person shall be protected during and after the investigation, and those processing the report shall refrain from identifying the personalities of the person who submitted the irregularity report anonymously.
All applications will be scrupulously processed in accordance with CEUTP’s internal procedures and common law.
