Non-competitive call for proposals for GDNRM
We are announcing a non-competitive call for proposals under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Programme. The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways is the target of the call with a total amount of more than PLN 3.5 billion in funding.
The call for proposals relates to projects under Priority IV Support for the transport sector from the Cohesion Fund for Activity 04.01 Roads on the TEN-T core network.
This call provides support for investments consisting of:
- construction, reconstruction of roads managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways to the parameters of express roads and motorways in the core and comprehensive TEN-T network,
- the construction of city bypasses (including express roads) included in the TEN-T core network managed by the GDNRM.
The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways is authorised to submit the applications.
The total EU funding earmarked for the call is PLN 3,540,220,000.
Applications can be submitted from 08 April 2024 to 31 December 2026.

We transferred European Funds for reconstruction of Otwock and Dęblin stations
On March 2, 2026, we signed an agreement with Polskie Koleje Państwowe (Polish State Railways) (PKP S.A.) for funding of the project No. FENX.04.02-IP.02-0005/25 entitled “Construction and reconstruction of selected railroad stations in the Mazovia and Lublin provinces.” The investment received support in the amount of more than PLN 34 million.
