First funding contract under the FEnIKS 2021-2027 programme
On Tuesday, 4 December, we signed a funding contract with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways for the construction of an almost 27-kilometre-long section of the S1 express road.
The project includes the construction of the S1 Kosztowy – Bielsko-Biała express road, on the section of the Oświęcim – Suchy Potok node with a length of 26.74km. The project is located in the core network of the TEN-T network. The S1 road itself, on the other hand, is part of Corridor VI of the Trans-European Transport Network, connecting the countries of the Baltic Sea and Southern Europe.
The value of the project was set at more than PLN 1.099 billion, of which EU funding from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme is more than PLN 580 million.
The project will last until the end of 2025 and will help to improve transit traffic moving along the existing transport corridor and increase safety levels for users.

We transferred European Funds for reconstruction of Otwock and Dęblin stations
On March 2, 2026, we signed an agreement with Polskie Koleje Państwowe (Polish State Railways) (PKP S.A.) for funding of the project No. FENX.04.02-IP.02-0005/25 entitled “Construction and reconstruction of selected railroad stations in the Mazovia and Lublin provinces.” The investment received support in the amount of more than PLN 34 million.

Construction of the S19 expressway between Rzeszów Południe and Babica with EU funding
The project includes the construction of a 10.27-kilometre new section of the S19 along with a tunnel, the “Babica” interchange, MOPs, engineering facilities, safety systems and pro-environmental solutions. The General Directorate of National Roads and Highways received over PLN 1.49 billion in EU support for its implementation.
