Announcing a non-competitive call for proposals under the FEnIKS 2021-2027 for the Rail Transport Authority
The non-competitive call for proposals under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme for public services, public administrations and companies pursuing public objectives – Rail Transport Authority – is launched.
The call for proposals relates to projects under Priority V Support for the transport sector from the ERDF for Activity 05.04 Railways, light rail and rail safety.
The call for proposals will support investments to support security, digital systems (campaigns, training for security and dissemination of information and promotion of multi-modal mobility).
The Railway Transport Authority is authorised to provide the applications.
Applications can be submitted from 30 November 2023 to 31 December 2024.

Selection for co-financing of the non-competitive project entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for GKZ for 2025”, implemented by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, as the General Conservator of Monuments
On August 26, 2025, the Centre for EU Transport Projects, acting as the Intermediate Body for Measure 8.1 of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme for 2021-2027, approved the positive result of the evaluation of the project selected in a non-competitive manner entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for GKZ for 2025”, implemented by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, as the General Conservator of Monuments, for the total amount of PLN 4,977,120.12.

On August 22, 2025, the Centre for EU Transport Projects, acting as the Intermediate Body for Measure 8.1 of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme for 2021-2027, approved the positive result of the evaluation of the project selected in a non-competitive manner entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for the Opole Voivode for 2025”, implemented by the Opole Voivode, for a total amount of PLN 12,468,150.00.

We would like to inform you that the deadline for submitting applications in the ERTMS competition has been postponed from 30 November 2025 to 27 February 2026. Questions and concerns regarding the competition can be submitted until 7 February 2026.
