PKS 4.0 – results of the NRP competition for the purchase of zero-emission buses (sub-urban)
The list of assessed projects under the completed competition No. KPOD.09.05-IW.02-003/24 for Component “E Green, Smart Mobility” – Investment E1.1.2 Zero- and low-carbon collective transport (buses) from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan has been approved by the Investment Implementation Authority (IIA).
Kto mógł uzyskać wsparcie i na jaką kwotę
Funding for the purchase of zero-emission buses (electric, hydrogen) and charging/refuelling infrastructure could be sought:
- public transport organisers: provinces, districts, associations of districts, district-municipal associations, inter-municipal associations, communes;
- public transport operators.
The amount of support under the call for proposals is PLN 133,517,052.43, with a maximum level of support of 95% of eligible expenditure. In total, there are 52 new zero-emission buses and charging/refuelling infrastructure.

New COMBO passenger cars on the tracks. How European funds are changing the Polish railroad and economy
PKP Intercity is consistently modernizing its rolling stock thanks to funds from the NRP. On April 2 this year, the carrier presented the first of 50 COMBO passenger cars that will soon be put into service. This is an important stage of the CEUTP-supported project.

Lower Silesian railroad with KPO support for modernization
We have transferred over PLN 114.6 million from the National Plan for Reconstruction and Increasing Resilience for the revitalisation of sections of railroad lines 319, 326 and 341. In total, work will be carried out on more than 33 kilometres. The investment is part of a larger project to modernise railroads in Lower Silesia.
