A non-competitive call for seaport projects in the FEnIKS program is launched!

What is at stake in the call?

Starting today, we have begun accepting applications for investments in seaport infrastructure development and access. This is an opportunity to win funds for expansion, modernization and investments that will improve the operation of ports and their impact on the environment.

What projects can get support?


Projects related to:

  1. Developing port infrastructure.
  2. Improve port access infrastructure from the land side.

More details can be found at non-competitive call.

Who can apply?

Only seaport managers.

Pool of funds to be distributed

More than 300 million zlotys have been allocated for the purpose. The final amount will depend on the euro exchange rate on the day the contracts are signed.

How to make an application?

Applications can only be submitted online via the WOD2021 application. Deadline for receipt of applications: January 20, 2026. – December 31, 2026 until. 23:59. At the same time, what matters is the moment when the documents enter the system.

We transferred European Funds for reconstruction of Otwock and Dęblin stations

On March 2, 2026, we signed an agreement with Polskie Koleje Państwowe (Polish State Railways) (PKP S.A.) for funding of the project No. FENX.04.02-IP.02-0005/25 entitled “Construction and reconstruction of selected railroad stations in the Mazovia and Lublin provinces.” The investment received support in the amount of more than PLN 34 million.
