The Center has a “Procedure for Internal Notifications and Follow-up.” We are implementing the system for handling internal reports based on the aforementioned procedure in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers of June 14, 2024.
What is the purpose of the procedure
The system is designed to provide a secure and confidential channel of communication for a person who makes an internal notification of a violation of the law in a work-related context, regardless of his or her position, form of employment or cooperation, including an employee, a temporary employee, a person providing work on a basis other than employment, including under a civil law contract, an entrepreneur, a proxy, a shareholder or partner, a member of a body of a legal entity or an organizational unit without legal personality, a person providing work under the supervision and direction of a contractor, subcontractor or supplier, an intern, a volunteer, an apprentice.

How to make notifications
Applications can be made through the channels operating at CUPT:
- In paper form – in a closed envelope to the address: CEUTP, Plac Europejski 2, 00-844 Warsaw, (marked “Notification of irregularities”) or
- In electronic form – via dedicated email address: naduzycia@cupt.gov.pl or via dedicated application form or
- Orally – by phone at the dedicated phone number +48 532 357 393 or during a personal meeting.
We will treat all applications with due attention, and applicants can count on the full legal protection provided by the aforementioned law.
