A competitive call for proposals under the FEnIKS 2021-2027 for regional ports and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency for aviation infrastructure in TEN-T is announced
The competitive call for proposals under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme for regional ports and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency for aviation infrastructure in TEN-T has started.
The call for proposals relates to projects under Priority IV Support for the transport sector from the Cohesion Fund for Activity 04.03 Air infrastructure in the TEN-T.
The call for proposals will support investments consisting of:
- purchase of equipment and systems for the control, of people, luggage, cargo and mail;
- construction of facilities and purchase of equipment directly serving to improve the safety of aerial operations;
- adaptation and modernisation of infrastructure and the purchase of equipment to provide security in the area of passenger and freight traffic services;
- expansion and modernisation of fire safety systems;
- environment protection or reduction of negative environmental impact from airports;
- construction of communication, navigation and surveillance infrastructure facilities, expansion and modernisation of air traffic management systems (resulting from SESAR).
Existing regional airports that are part of the Trans-European Transport Network (TEN-T) and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency are eligible to apply.
The value of the funding earmarked for the call is PLN 125,000,000.
Applications can be submitted between 3 January 2024 and 29 February 2024 at 23.59 only in electronic form, using the WOD2021 application available at: https://wod.cst2021.gov.pl.

Update of the regulations for the call for projects for the Intermodal Transport competition under the FEnIKS program
A change has been introduced in the Project Selection Regulations for FENX.05.06-IP.02-001/24 (competitive call for Priority FENX.05 Support for the Transport Sector from the ERDF, Measure FENX.05.06 Intermodal Transport) to remove information on the division of allocations between individual regions (i.e. more developed, transitional, less developed). Częstochowa Central Railway Station with EU funding. CEUTP has signed an agreement with PKP S.A.
The Center for EU Transport Projects has signed an agreement to subsidize the reconstruction of the Częstochowa Główna railway station. The investment will receive nearly PLN 100 million from European Funds.

Selection for co-financing of the non-competitive project entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for GKZ for 2025”, implemented by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, as the General Conservator of Monuments
On August 26, 2025, the Centre for EU Transport Projects, acting as the Intermediate Body for Measure 8.1 of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme for 2021-2027, approved the positive result of the evaluation of the project selected in a non-competitive manner entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for GKZ for 2025”, implemented by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, as the General Conservator of Monuments, for the total amount of PLN 4,977,120.12.
