Architectural and construction services with support from the FEnIKS 2021-2027 programme
On Wednesday, 6 December 2023, we signed a contract with the Opolskie Governor for the funding of a non-competitively selected project titled: ‘The project of the Opole region. “Support for the administrative services of the governor implementing tasks related to infrastructure investments in the scope of OPI&E, FEnIKS and CEF in 2023” under Priority VIII of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 (FEnIKS) programme.
The project includes funding for expenditure incurred in 2023 by 16 governors primarily for activities such as:
- staff salaries,
- improving skills,
- funding of organisational,
- technical and administrative costs,
- necessary to ensure the smooth running of the institution,
- workplace equipment,
- the cost of advertisements in the press in connection with investment procedures.
The costs shown represent a significant contribution to the conduct of the indicated administrative proceedings by the services of the governors, which is extremely important in terms of ensuring the smooth implementation of the investment process and the achievement of programme objectives.
The value of the project was set at PLN 8,996,384.24, with EU funding amounting to PLN 7,646,926.60.

More Road Projects Funded by European Funds
Two more projects by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways have received funding from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment Program 2021–2027. These projects involve the construction of the Morawica and Wola Morawicka bypass along National Road DK73, as well as sections of the S19 expressway between Międzyrzec Podlaski and Lubartów Północ.

Expert Workshop on Dual-Use Projects and Transportation Resilience, Featuring CEUTP
On June 19, 2026, an expert workshop titled “Dual-Use Projects and Building the Resilience of the Railway System with the Support of European Funds” was held in Warsaw. Among those participating in the event was Sylwia Cieślak-Wilk, deputy director of CEUTP, who presented an institutional perspective on the role of dual-use infrastructure in the EU’s current and future financial frameworks.

Nearly 424.6 mln zł from European Funds for the modernization of the Ujście Nysy barrage
The Center for EU Transport Projects has signed two agreements with the State Water Management Authority “Wody Polskie” regarding the modernization of the Ujście Nysy weir on the Oder River. The projects, with a total value of over 538 mln zł, will receive nearly 424.6 mln zł in funding from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment 2021–2027 program.
