It’s your turn! Call for proposals related to FEnIKS funding – “Urban rail – Call for proposals 1” is launched

We are announcing the call for proposals under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme. The call relates to urban rail projects in Activity 05.04 Rail, light rail and rail safety.

The total amount earmarked to support projects is PLN 1 billion, of which:

  • PLN 823.5 million for less developed regions
  • PLN 117.6 million for transition regions
  • PLN 58.8 million for more developed regions

Eligible applicants are local authorities, public transport organisers and operators, and rail infrastructure managers.

Applications can be submitted from 28 June 2024 to 31 October 2024 electronically using the WOD2021 application.

More Road Projects Funded by European Funds

Two more projects by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways have received funding from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment Program 2021–2027. These projects involve the construction of the Morawica and Wola Morawicka bypass along National Road DK73, as well as sections of the S19 expressway between Międzyrzec Podlaski and Lubartów Północ.

Nearly 424.6 mln zł from European Funds for the modernization of the Ujście Nysy barrage

The Center for EU Transport Projects has signed two agreements with the State Water Management Authority “Wody Polskie” regarding the modernization of the Ujście Nysy weir on the Oder River. The projects, with a total value of over 538 mln zł, will receive nearly 424.6 mln zł in funding from the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment 2021–2027 program.
