Selection for co-financing of the non-competitive project entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for GKZ for 2025”, implemented by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, as the General Conservator of Monuments

On August 26, 2025, the Centre for EU Transport Projects, acting as the Intermediate Body for Measure 8.1 of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment program for 2021-2027, approved the positive evaluation result of the non-competitive project entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for the GKZ for 2025,” implemented by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, acting as the General Conservator of Monuments, for a total amount of PLN 4,977,120.12.

The project was therefore selected for funding.

The amount of funding awarded is: PLN 4,977,120.12.

Estimated project implementation period: from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

The project’s substantive evaluation was completed on July 8, 2025.

Composition of the Project Evaluation Committee for the evaluation of applications for funding for the non-competitive project submitted in response to call no. FENX.08.01-IP.02-001/25.

– Secretary of the Project Evaluation Committee: Ms. Magdalena Skibińska-Szymajda,

– Member of the Project Evaluation Committee: Ms. Aneta Skoneczna,

In assessing the application for funding for the non-competitive project entitled: The following persons participated in the “Technical Assistance for the Municipal Conservation Authority for 2025” project:

– Chair of the Conservation Authority: Ms. Małgorzata Macek,

– Secretary of the Conservation Authority: Ms. Magdalena Skibińska-Szymajda.

The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity of monument conservation services at the central and provincial levels, carrying out tasks related to infrastructure investments under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment (POIiŚ), FEnIKS, CEF, and CEF2. The support will cover monument conservation services at the central and provincial levels in 16 voivodeships: Lower Silesia, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Lublin, Lubusz, Łódź, Lesser Poland, Mazovia, Opole, Subcarpathia, Podlaskie, Pomerania, Silesia, Świętokrzyskie, Warmian-Masurian, Greater Poland, and West Pomeranian.

Update of the regulations for the call for projects for the Intermodal Transport competition under the FEnIKS program

A change has been introduced in the Project Selection Regulations for FENX.05.06-IP.02-001/24 (competitive call for Priority FENX.05 Support for the Transport Sector from the ERDF, Measure FENX.05.06 Intermodal Transport) to remove information on the division of allocations between individual regions (i.e. more developed, transitional, less developed). The Center for EU Transport Projects has signed an agreement to subsidize the reconstruction of the Częstochowa Główna railway station. The investment will receive nearly PLN 100 million from European Funds.
