Selection for co-financing of the non-competitive project entitled “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for the Opole Voivode for 2025”, implemented by the Opole Voivode
On August 22, 2025, the Centre for EU Transport Projects, acting as the Intermediate Body for Measure 8.1 of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment program for 2021-2027, approved the positive evaluation result of the non-competitive project “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for the Opole Voivode for 2025,” implemented by the Opole Voivode, for a total amount of PLN 12,468,150.00.
The project was therefore selected for funding.
The amount of funding awarded is: PLN 12,468,150.00
Estimated project implementation period: from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
The substantive evaluation of the project was completed on July 8, 2025.

In assessing the application for funding for the non-competitive project entitled: “FEnIKS Technical Assistance for the Opole Voivode for 2025” was attended by:

The project aims to strengthen the capacity of the voivodes’ administrative services, which carry out tasks related to conducting administrative proceedings as part of infrastructure investments within the scope of the Operational Programme for Environmental Protection and Water Management (POiŚ), FEnIKS, and CEF. Support will be provided to 16 voivodes: Lower Silesia, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Lublin, Lubusz, Łódź, Lesser Poland, Mazovia, Opole, Subcarpathia, Podlaskie, Pomerania, Silesia, Świętokrzyskie, Warmian-Masurian, Greater Poland, and West Pomeranian.

European Funds: green light for investment on the Nysa Estuary waterway stage
The Center for EU Transport Projects has positively evaluated the application of the State Water Management Company “Wody Polskie” for funding for investment at the Nysa Mouth waterway stage on the Oder River. Update of the regulations for the call for projects for the Intermodal Transport competition under the FEnIKS program
A change has been introduced in the Project Selection Regulations for FENX.05.06-IP.02-001/24 (competitive call for Priority FENX.05 Support for the Transport Sector from the ERDF, Measure FENX.05.06 Intermodal Transport) to remove information on the division of allocations between individual regions (i.e. more developed, transitional, less developed).
