A Turkish delegation visiting the CEUTP

The main subject of the discussions with the CEUTP experts was the system of EU subsidies for transport projects and related procedures, as well as the tools for effective promotion of European Funds. Przemysław Gorgol, the acting Director of the CEUTP, talked about the role of the Center in the system of distribution of EU funds for transport investments in the financial perspective 2014-2020.

The tasks of the CEUTP as an intermediary institution in the process of distribution of funds for the implementation of the Operational Programmes “Infrastructure and Environment”, “Eastern Poland” and the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) were also presented. Issues related to planning, applying and implementing projects co-financed by the EU were also discussed on the basis of railway investments. The last part of the presentation of the CEUTP activities was devoted to the promotion of European Funds. The Turkish delegation was also interested in good practices regarding relations with beneficiaries.
