A Turkish delegation visiting the CEUTP
The main subject of the discussions with the CEUTP experts was the system of EU subsidies for transport projects and related procedures, as well as the tools for effective promotion of European Funds. Przemysław Gorgol, the acting Director of the CEUTP, talked about the role of the Center in the system of distribution of EU funds for transport investments in the financial perspective 2014-2020.
The tasks of the CEUTP as an intermediary institution in the process of distribution of funds for the implementation of the Operational Programmes “Infrastructure and Environment”, “Eastern Poland” and the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) were also presented. Issues related to planning, applying and implementing projects co-financed by the EU were also discussed on the basis of railway investments. The last part of the presentation of the CEUTP activities was devoted to the promotion of European Funds. The Turkish delegation was also interested in good practices regarding relations with beneficiaries.
International cooperation

The Centre for EU Transport Projects will support the road administration in Albania
The Centre for EU Transport Projects together with the Ministry of Investment and Development, the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways and the Public Procurement Office submitted the winning bid in the call for projects announced by the European Commission under the twinning programme.

The CEUPT hosted a study visit by a delegation from Romania
As part of the implementation of the European Commission’s Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument (TAIEX), representatives of the SOP Transport of Romania’s Managing Authority were guests in Warsaw and the Tri-City from 31 July to 4 August.

A delegation from Ukraine at the CEUTP
On September 6, 2017, the Centre for EU Transport Projects was pleased to host the representatives of an Ukrainian delegation for the second time. During the seminar, guests could learn how to organize the selection and evaluation system for projects co-financed by European funds and the methods of implementing them.

A Georgian delegation visiting the CEUTP
On 24 October the CEUTP hosted a delegation from Georgia, including representatives of the Georgian government and local government administration responsible for the preparation and implementation of infrastructure projects.
