Transport Plan regulation and prior information notice on public passenger transport services
The Journal of Laws published the Minister of Infrastructure’s regulation of 29 September 2026 on the Plan for the sustainable development of public transport in inter-voivodeship and international passenger services and in voivodeship passenger services by rail on 16 October 2026.
The document sets the direction for organising passenger rail transport in Poland beyond 2030. It aims to keep these services continuous and stable. They run as public services within public transport.
We also inform you that on 20 October 2026 TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) published a “Prior information notice on public services in passenger transport” under the procedure “Provision of public transport services in inter-voivodeship and international passenger rail transport”.
