On October 28-29, 2024, a two-day meeting of a working group composed of representatives of PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., Ukrzaliznytsia, the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, the Ministry of Infrastructure and, of course, the Center for EU Transport Projects was held in Lublin at the Luxor Hotel.

On October 8, 2024, the Center for EU Transport Projects (CEUTP) hosted representatives from Albania, including public administration officials responsible for transport investment projects.

After a summer break, the series of meetings of the REGIO Peer2Peer Community on Citizen Participation group coordinated by PwC and experts from CEUTP’s Department of Transportation Analysis – Ewa Paderewska, Karolina Ptaszyńska and Edyta Boratyńska-Karpiej – restarted.

On Friday, 20 September 2024, the Center for EU Transport Projects (CEUTP) organized a specialized online training for Ukrainian beneficiaries of projects carried out under the European Commission´s initative ‘EU-Ukraine Solidarity Lanes’.

CEUTP Actively Participates in DG REGIO’s Peer 2 Peer Communities Initiative on Building Citizen Participation. On June 20, 2024, an online meeting of the Citizen Participation community took place, featuring representatives from CEUTP and dozens of experts from across Europe. Since May 2024, PwC has been coordinating this initiative.

A study visit for experts from Turkey organised by CEUTP in cooperation with a number of Polish institutions dealing with accessibility issues in the rail transport sector took place on 7-9 May 2024.

An online expert mission was held from April 2-4, 2024, with the Ministry of Finance of Latvia as the main organizer. CEUTP experts have been appearing in this format for several years now, sharing their know-how in various fields.

CEUTP has been benefiting from the European Commission’s TAIEX technical assistance instrument for many years. It is one of several EU platforms for knowledge transfer between representatives of public administrations in EU countries.

We regret to inform all interested parties that due to unforeseen circumstances the implementation of the Film Contest titled “Həyata Yol Ver! / Life comes first on the road!” announced on December 11, 2023 as part of the project “Increasing road traffic safety in Azerbaijan” is suspended until further notice.

On December 12-15.2023, we conducted a second mission focusing on further strengthening human resources related to the road safety sector in Azerbaijan as part of the “Increasing Road Safety in Azerbaijan” project.

The CEUTP hosted in a three-days expert mission on the approach to environmental issues with a focus on the DNSH principle within the transport projects, organized in cooperation with the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument of the European Commission (TAIEX).
