The first mission after the holiday period took place in Baku on 4-7 September. The mission included the identification of databases of various institutions in Azerbaijan related to transport, including road safety.

As part of its activities to increase public participation in the implementation of the Cohesion Policy, the CEUTP, together with its partners, “FADO” Social Cooperative and Metropolis GZM, continues the implementation of the second international project on social participation.

On 13-14 July 2023, another mission took place as part of the twinning project entitled ‘Increasing Road Safety in Azerbaijan’. The main objective of this mission was to select given road sections in Azerbaijan and to identify the types of these inspections as part of the ongoing project.

A multi-day online mission involving experts from Poland, Lithuania and representatives of several public institutions from Azerbaijan dealing with road safety in the country lasted from 3^rd until 6^th of June.

On 19-22 June 2023, another, this time remote, expert mission within the Twinning project took place in Azerbaijan.

On 20 June, the Centre for EU Transport Projects hosted a delegation of public administration representatives from Moldova.

An event organised by the Delegation of the European Commission called ‘EuroVillage’ was held in Lankaran (Azerbaijan) on 10 June this year. See more about the event in our news.

On 30 May – 2 June in Baku (Azerbaijan) another mission took place as part of the twinning project “Increasing Road Safety in Azerbaijan”, this time under Action 1.2.1. See more in our report from the mission.

A three-day mission dedicated to the “National strategy for raising awareness and communication in the field of road safety, including the prepared and implemented plan of advocacy and promotion activities” as part of the Increasing Road Safety in Azerbaijan project which is leded by CEUPT is behind us.

On May 15-18, another online mission took place within the project “Increasing Road Safety in Azerbaijan” led by the CEUTP.

On 12 May, CEUTP hosted a delegation of public administration representatives from Tajikistan. Among the participants there were experts from ministries responsible for and coordinating the process of managing public investments in the country.
