We are announcing a non-competitive call for proposals under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Programme. The General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways is the target of the call with a total amount of more than PLN 3.5 billion in funding.

A non-competitive call for proposals has been launched under PT FEnIKS for administrative services of provincial governors, construction supervision services at central and provincial levels and conservation services at central and provincial levels, carrying out tasks related to infrastructure investments within the scope of OPI&E, FEnIKS, CEF and CEF2 in 2024.

List of assessed projects under the completed competition No NRPD.09.05-IW.02-001/23 for Component E – Green, Smart Mobility Investment: E1.1.2 Zero and low carbon public transport (buses) National Recovery and Resilience Plan has received approval from the Investment Implementation Authority (IIA).

The European Commission today issued a decision confirming Poland’s compliance with the basic condition for the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights. Previously considered unfulfilled for both FEnIKS and FEPW, it blocked expenditure reimbursements under all Partnership Contract programmes.

As of today, we are starting the call for proposals related to funding on a non-competitive basis under Activity FENX.03.01 Urban Transport. The call for proposals is non-competitive. An amount of almost PLN 8 billion has been earmarked for distribution under the call for proposals.

The competitive call for proposals under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme for regional ports and the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency for aviation infrastructure in TEN-T has started.

We signed two contracts with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways. These will be the first NRP funds earmarked for the modernisation of the Polish roads.

On Thursday 14 December 2023, we signed a contract for safety improvements at level crossings – Stage III.

We have signed another contract with PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., this time on Thursday, 14 December 2023, to support the fifth stage of the implementation of the digitalisation of the railway infrastructure.

On Tuesday, 12 December 2023, we signed a funding contract for the second stage of the project “Installation of the Dynamic Passenger Information System” with PKP PLK S.A. as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.

We have announced a non-competitive call for proposals related to projects under the NRP component E2.2.1 Investment in transport safety. The amount of support exceeds PLN 3 billion.

On Wednesday, 6 December, we signed a funding contract with the Opolskie Governor for the non-competitively selected project ‘Support for the administrative services of the Governor implementing tasks related to infrastructure investments in the scope of OPI&E, FEnIKS and CEF in 2023’ under Priority VIII of the FEnIKS programme.
