Another section of Via Carpatia received funding: PLN 788 million for S19 express road, section Boćki – Chlebczyn
The Centre for EU Transport Projects, together with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, signed an agreement regarding funding for a 41 km long section of the S19 express road between the towns of Boćki and Chlebczyn. Total amount of funding equals almost PLN 788 million.

Poland receives further millions from CEF for alternative fuel infrastructure
The Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy announced the end of the CEF AFIF 2024 (Connecting Europe Facility – Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Facility 2024) call for proposals. The European Commission has awarded funding to four projects that will contribute to the expansion of alternative fuels infrastructure in Poland.

Travel faster and more comfortable within Śląskie Voivodship – over PLN 250 million from the NRRP for modern trains
The Centre for EU Transport Projects has signed two agreements on support for projects implemented by Śląskie Voivodship and Koleje Śląskie (Silesian Railways). They concern 10 vehicles in total – both agreements are for the purchase of 5 electric multiple units compliant with the newest technical standards.

CEUTP grants over PLN 870 million from NRRP for a modern rolling stock for the regions
Support from the European Funds was granted to: Koleje Dolnośląskie (Lower Silesian Railways), Koleje Śląskie (Silesian Railways) and Śląskie Voivodship. The amount of funding exceeds PLN 870 million, which will cover the purchase costs of modern electric trains for regional transport.

We granted PKP Szybka Kolej Miejska w Trójmieście Sp. z o.o. over PLN 76.8 million from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The funds will be used for the development of railway line no. 250, which the residents of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia use daily.

The 10th meeting of the EFEP Monitoring Committee: changes to the programme, new objectives and defence priorities
The discussion about the progress of programme implementation, as well as the changes planned for the second phase of the mid-term review, were the main topics of the 10th meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021–2027 programme, which took place on 15 October 2025 in Warsaw. The participants approved new areas of support, including the priorities regarding civil and military mobility, as well as the development of social housing.
