In January, on 7 January 2025 to be precise, we will launch a bus call under the green integral mobility component of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan to support zero-emission sub-urban buses. The pool of support under the PKS 4.0 call is more than PLN 550 million. The call will run until 21 January.

As we announced, we are launching a competitive call for proposals to support projects under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The call will run until 28 February 2025 and the funding pool is more than PLN 480 million.

In a few days’ time, on 3 December to be precise, the Centre for EU Transport Projects will open a call for proposals under the NRP. The call relates to the implementation of projects to equip powered or cab railway vehicles with a modern ERTMS system.

Under the contract signed with the Centre, PKP Intercity received more than PLN 2 billion in EU funding for the purchase of 56 locomotives and the modernisation of 248 wagons. The funding comes from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRP).
